LET'S PLAY TODAY is an international fitness program for children ages 2-12. The Go! Go! Go! CD is a musical complement to the LET’S PLAY TODAY® program that inspires, educates, and motivates kids to exercise, to use their imagination, and to take care of their bodies and minds. Kids will get excited about moving to the fun lyrics, dancing to playful tunes and silly freeze songs, while taking adventures on train rides, animal parades, and popping bubbles. Go! Go! Go! uses current youth-fitness standards as the foundation for its design allowing children to integrate healthy habits while having fun.
